**About the Role**:
Mondiaux Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Support Technician to join our team. This role is integral to our company, as you will be providing L1/L2 IT support to our employees, ensuring that hardware and software are functioning smoothly and securely across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for any technical issues relating to the company's ICT systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software within established company standards and guidelines.
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, update software as necessary to mitigate risk.
- Regularly evaluate our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assist staff with remote access and VPN problems.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
- Draft and publish technical documentations/instructions, conduct training sessions to assist staff in the effective use of IT resources.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the procurement of new systems and software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an ICT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft cloud product e.g., Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with mobile devices (iOS, Android) management system is a bonus.
- Industrial certifications e.g., Microsoft 365 Certifications, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+ are the bonus to this position.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service mindset and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mitchell, ACT 2911: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
