**What you’ll do
As the Store Planning Manager, you will partner with our Store Operations Team in providing replenishment support. Specifically, you will support the effective use of replenishment systems to support seasonal trends and events; in addition to utilising the replenishment functionality to ensure maximum availability at the lowest inventory cost is achieved. In this role you will be accountable for the Store Service level results within your region.
- Provide expert day to day replenishment support to the store & commercial network
- Deliver exception based reporting to identify potential issues and formulate solutions to resolve
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine the cause of a variety of failures in the replenishment process relating to availability or inventory issues
- Leading resolution of critical order issues with stakeholders from all levels
- Providing status updates and facilitating critical communication to key stakeholders
- Provide timely and effective responses to queries Providing expert recommendations and support to Store Operations in achieving the best availability outcomes
