We are not just another NDIS Support Worker agency, we strive to make sure that stand out by ensuring that education and training is paramount and working towards a win win situation for all. Even though we currently have a small client base, all of our clients have given us a minimum of 9/10 in the services that we provide to the participant.

We are currently looking for a qualified disability support worker that holds a minimum of a Certificate 3 in disability services, and working towards their Certificate 4 or Diploma to join the team that as we currently have a new client that requires social participation from a person who suffers from chronic pain, extreme anxiety, agoraphobia, and also requires support in building daily living skills over a period of time.

You must be available to work Tuesday and Thursday in the afternoon, as well as being flexible enough to work other shifts from time to time.

Some criteria that the participant has asked for has been:

- A qualified support worker where English is there first language or is proficient in English.
- Own car
- Able to commit to set shifts, but also having the flexibility in case of any emergencies that may arise from time to time.
- Be able to be methodical in their cleaning duties, but also understanding the associated triggers of their disability, together with doing things a particular way that the client wishes too, without being offended due to her situation.

Ongoing training will be provided to you as we believe in a win-win situation for all.
