We are seeking compassionate female and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team at Diamond Care Victoria.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide personal care, complete household tasks, and facilitate leisure activities, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in Disability Support Work or Age Care (required)
- At least 1-2 years experience in Mental Health

**Employment Conditions**:

- Full Driver's License and reliable+ insured vehicle
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Certificate (within 3 years)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Infection Control Certificate
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Working Rights in Australia
