Our client, a market leader in the flooring industry holds preferred supplier status with major retail chains and numerous timber flooring-focused independent retail and commercial outlets across Australia. Due to their continuous growth, our client is seeking an exceptional Sales Account Manager in Victoria to take their existing market share to new heights. As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding their customer base, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to their valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with the following core objectives:
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the position.
Provide outstanding sales and support services to our customer base.
Conduct a minimum of quarterly store visits to customers.
Conduct a minimum of quarterly product training sessions, either in-store or virtually.
Cultivate strong business relationships with all stakeholders within the customer base and throughout the sales/support processes.
Increase product sales, enhance brand awareness, and expand market share in the region.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
Report on market and industry activities within the territory.
Manage Point of Sale (POS) merchandising and product placement in stores.
Handle customer claims in accordance with organization guidelines, aiming for swift resolution with the best outcomes.
Other Duties:
As required by management and other department personnel, you may be called upon to fulfill additional duties to meet the overall objectives of the company.

**Required Experience**:
Previous roles as a Sales Representative/Manager or Business Development Manager.
A proven track record in growing and developing new business.
