YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Area Leader role is responsible for leading multi-site stores located in NSW. Our Area Leaders play a critical role in enabling our teams to be successful, deliver our business strategy and ensure long term sustainable growth for both our people and the business. Travel will be required to reach business objectives.

You're passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience You have had exposure to using financial data to deliver targets and support operational success. You love learning and upskilling the capability of your team. You're not afraid to give feedback and can navigate challenging situations. You always put the safety of your team and customers above all else and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Multi-site Retail leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of successful leading high-performance teams
- Previous experience implementing business & process improvement
- Proven experience meeting commercial targets, identifying efficiencies, and implementing
- business plans to support sustainable business growth
- Commercially astute with ability to drive change and innovation
- Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing capability
- Ability to coach and inspire teams and create high levels of engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with teams
- Comfortable to provide feedback and develop others
- Results & solutions oriented
- Maintains a sense of urgency
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem resolution skills in a fast-paced, dynamic
- environment
- Ability to reset priorities based on store and business needs
- Enthusiasm, passion, and commitment to the Fantastic Furniture brand
