**The Role**:
This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis offering hybrid flexibility and we are flexible with where this role is based either in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the on-off boarding of Providers (Suppliers) including process, training, tool enhancement, compliance and negotiation
- Address vendor (Supplier) performance issues that lead to customer incidents, risk or non-compliance
- Setting key Provider (Supplier) management KPIs
- Drive improved performance and share benchmarking reports to relevant stakeholders
- Take ownership of the overall operational engagement with preferred hardware Providers (Suppliers)
- Document, manage and proactively maintain Provider (Supplier) engagement processes as the QA Coordinator for Vendor Management
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and Provider (Supplier) operations performance reviews, provide feedback on areas of concern or challenges and find appropriate solutions to resolve
- Actively participate in regular cadence and vendor council meetings and build relationships with Providers (Suppliers) that will return the best possible performance and financial outcome for Data#3 and Data#3 customers
- Assess potential Providers (Suppliers) and actively source the most appropriate, based on agreed criteria.
- Due diligence and compliance monitoring, including reports and relevant certificates that mitigates risk
- Reviewing Provider (Supplier) contracts ahead of renewal dates

**What we are looking for**:

- 10+ year experience within an IT environment
- 5+ years experience of Supplier engagement management
- 5+ years experience with Supply chain methodologies and tools including cross functional business process knowledge and understanding
- Understanding of the basics of a CRM database
- Exposure or knowledge of legal terms and conditions
- Demonstrated experience in delivering cost management and savings
- Understanding of project management methods, governance, processes and tool sets
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Proficient within MS Office Suite in particular Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
