**The opportunity**
As a
**Medical Receptionist** on a
**permanent full-time basis** based at
**Richmond/(Epworth Centre) **and
**Freemason, **you’ll work between the clinic hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of an organisation that not only provides exceptional patient care, but holds a proud and supportive work environment for you to succeed.

- Welcoming patients, collecting and entering personal details
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries
- Entering and processing patient billing
- Monitoring and assessing the administration care path of all patients
- Maintaining and managing patient information
- Possessing basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Possessing basic knowledge of Medicare and DVA claims
- Supporting Icon's WHS Officers and committees to effectively carry out their responsibilities

**About you**
- Experience in a similar role within the Healthcare industry
- Experience with Medicare, DVA and Private Health Insurance
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
- Delivery of excellent client service (to internal and/or external clients)
- Possessing basic knowledge of medical terminology
