Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Client side role - work directly for a major landlord.
- Lots of opportunity to grow and develop into a Property Manager.
- Open to full time or four days per week.
Our client is an outstanding WA based property group and its diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial and hospitality properties across Western Australia. With a focus on sustaining strong client relationships, you will be entering a collaborative workspace within a high performing team & culture.
A rare opportunity has come up to join our leading client, based in the city the role will be working across a very manageable and attractive Commercial, office buildings portfolio. This is an opportunity for an energetic and driven Assistant to develop their experience in a supportive environment.
They are looking for someone to assist the Commercial Property Managers day to day with their portfolios. Additional duties include:
- Tenant and client liaison
- Supporting financial reporting on the portfolio
- Invoicing and accounts
- Coordinating maintenance
- Leasing administration
- Compliance administration
- General administration support
- Previous experience in Commercial real estate
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be financially astute with good attention to detail
- Enjoy problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Be highly organised and admin savvy
- Maintain a high level of presentation
- Desirable: Have a current WA Property Management or Sales registration
