You will be supporting an experienced team of industry experts and assist in managing attractive portfolios with impressive assets and sophisticated clients.


Key responsibilities would include:

  • Tenant and client liaison
  • Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio
  • Invoicing and accounts
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Leasing administration
  • Compliance administration
  • General administration support
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be financially astute with good attention to detail
  • Enjoy problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Be highly organised and admin savvy
  • Maintain a high level of presentation
  • Must hold valid WA Property Management registration.
