Seeking a highly skilled Legal Privacy Advisor with expertise in Freedom of Information Act and privacy laws. The Opportunity
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, including the Freedom of Information Act, and ability to provide expert advice in legal privacy matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively handle complex and sensitive issues related to privacy and information management.
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, fostering relationships and implementing initiatives to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Proficient in influencing and negotiating to address privacy-related challenges and facilitate long-term solutions.
- Experienced in program and project management, aligning business objectives with privacy requirements and effectively managing change, risks, and resources.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to find innovative solutions and continuously improve privacy processes and outcomes.
- Qualifications or extensive professional experience in information security, data protection, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on privacy laws and regulations.
