Our Home Lending Executives are renowned experts in lending and make our customer’s lives easier. Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building or renovating, you’re there to deliver the right solutions at the right time. You will manage the unique, and at times complex, needs of your customers.

Our Home Lending Executives thrive on creating long-lasting relationships as well as proactively creating new relationships and partners for networking opportunities.

**We are**:
You’ll be joining our Mobile Lending Team in Brisbane CBD. We’re always on the go, remotely working and, meeting our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them. Using industry-leading technology, our team provide customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.

**You are**:

- Looking for a relationship based exciting opportunity to build your own brand in the community. You’ll be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and put your solid understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers’ financial needs.
- You’ll have proof of your strong presence in the local community, be building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network.
- The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a lending environment and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
- A strong ability to identify and anticipate customers’ financial needs
- The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
