Bookkeeping and Office Assistant

We are a small bookkeeping practice looking for an office allrounder to work from our office located in ST IVES Sydney.
This role would suit someone with small business exposure who has had at least 2 years experience managing their own workload.
You will have exceptional organisational skills and be willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
This role would suit a team member that has or is studying towards the tertiary qualification in Accounting
Some of your tasks will include.
- Accounts Payable Management
- General Journals
- Bank Reconcilations
Prior experience using Xero, Google, Hubdoc, Dext, Office, PandaDoc will be of benefit to you suceeding in this role
Your business english skills should be polished as this is a client facing role.
You may be working towards further education in this industry or requiring a friendly family work life balance.
We are flexible in work hours in that we can provide enough work for full time or scale the workload to hours available. We are however seeking consistancy in availability and a commitment to hours worked
