The role of Line setter reports to the Production Hall Supervisor - Filling.

Hours for this role will be on Night Shift - 11pm to 7am Sunday to Thursday.

The role is responsible for the day to day execution of production activity on the allocated production lines, ensuring schedule adherence is achieved, output meets quality requirements, changeovers are effective and supported, and issues are resolved and or escalated to resolution in a timely fashion to ensure maximum availability.

The role provides hands on support in any capacity required to ensure the ongoing performance, quality and availability of the allocated production lines.

The role contributes to and utilises standards of work in collaboration with other Production Line Owners related to standard settings for equipment.

The role works with the Production Hall Supervisor to deploy resources on the production lines to ensure all tasks are completed, whether related to production, changes overs, maintenance, cleaning or as directed, ensuring optimal use of resources and mínimal waste is generated.

The role is the gatekeeper of performance and quality on the allocated production lines, responsible for escalating and tracking to resolution quality issues with the support of the Quality function.
