**How will I help?**

The Lifecycle Management for Unstructured Records (Lemur) Project’s primary objective is to select and implement a solution that will enable the Bank to strengthen its lifecycle management of unstructured records. This will enable the Bank to resolve key compliance obligation risks for Records Management while also helping to meet customer’s expectations on how we manage their data. This covers the operational and compliance management of all types of records produced by Westpac to support customer and business operations as well as meeting legislative and regulatory obligations.

The Product Owner applies their specialist knowledge and supports their team to define features capabilities and support the team in design and development as well as execution, delivery, and commercial management across the lifecycle.

Accountabilities:

- Position with diverse technical and business stakeholders involving Records Management, SaaS, Machine Learning, Cloud Integration and Infrastructure components.
- Expectation to build good working relationship and manage stakeholders (including vendor) to achieve project outcomes.
- Manage different opinions of diverse stakeholders and challenge opinions using critical thinking keeping the following in mind
- project outcomes, tight timelines and the overall approach to keep solution simple and consistent across the group.
- Designed and implemented Product features.
- Input to Roadmap and architecture
- Partner with the Scrum Master and Business Owner to ensure a strong vision, backlog development and cadence.
- Working collaboratively with BAU service management leadership to set up required team structures, roles as per required timelines.

- Knowledge of Records Management, SaaS, ML, Cloud Integration, and Infrastructure.
- Experienced Product Owner (>3 years).
- Experienced in backlog priortisation.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Desirable: Worked with products using Cloud Integration.

- Understand the value of commitments for the product and features to deliver.
- Leadership and Communication.
- Demonstrate behaviors and leadership that aligns with Westpac Group.
- Able to liaise with business and technology teams to monitor and resolve ongoing business and technical issues.
- Ensure that stakeholders are always kept informed of the progress.
- Provide adequate and timely reporting to business stakeholders, direct line managers, business owners, and program teams.
- Adhere to and promote the Westpac Group’s methodologies, tools, and standards.
