**About the role**

Reporting to the Probity and Carer Lead you will complete all data entry involved with the processing of probity checks and assist management with projects as required. This is a 12 month maximum term contract, location flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the transactional/data entry processes involved with the processing of criminal history and background checking, on both current and potential employees, consultants, carers and volunteers
- Maintain records and files in relation to probity and suitability checks
- Assist management with various projects as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated experience in working with high volume data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, Managers, and external organisations and government agencies; and
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs.
