We’re looking for an **Operator **who will report to Quality Assurance Manager based in Clayton, Victoria. You will undertake assigned duties in the production of high-quality coatings following scheduled production requirements in a manner that is both safe and efficient.

You will also undertake training from Entry Level Classification (Trainee Rate), through to full competence in all Paint Worker skills (Paint make up fill test and tint). Once trained in each task within a classification, you will perform that task to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**
- Manufacturing paint, including dispersion and assembly
- Receipt or dispatch of goods, including licensed material handling
- Enter production data into a computer or tablet.
- Raw material preparation
- Operation of all materials handling equipment
- Routine batch adjustment and doping
- Production final testing
- Make up operation
- Operating all filling and associated equipment i.e., filtration, labelling.
- Integrated automated filling systems
- Routine fault finding and Preventative Maintenance

**Qualifications**
- Computer Skills
- Understanding of digital automation manufacturing processes
- Ability to operate HMI controlled manufacturing systems
- Ability to conduct in-process testing of products
- Quality control
- Production control
- Training of other employees
- Safety management
- Acceptability for manufacturing process
