**The Firm**

You’ll feel right at home with the friendly, energetic team and will enjoy the supportive, social and team focused culture.

**The Role**
You'll love the flexibility of working 3 days a week for a 4-month contract period as you share the responsibility of managing the busy Reception and Front of House area with one other Receptionist. Greet visitors, direct calls, manage meeting rooms, coordinate travel and assist with ad-hoc day to day administration to support the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering phones, handing enquiries and directing calls
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Coordination of meeting rooms and catering requirements
- Management of the corporate Reception area
- Mail and couriers
- Updating staff lists, security passes etc
- Liaise with Building Management and third party vendors for facilities up-keep etc
- Assisting with travel and event coordination
- Responsible for the general tidiness and smooth running of front of house activities

**Experience**
As the first point of contact for this professional firm, this is an integral role and we're looking for an experienced, friendly Receptionist who takes pride in their work environment and loves being the welcoming first point of contact for the firm. Your warm, polished and professional approach will be highly regarded, as will the ability to easily build rapport across the business and with clients. Intermediate MS office essential.
