**The Position**:
In the role of Executive Assistant (EA), you will work closely with a successful Director. Responsibilities include:

- Manage and organise the real estate professional's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain an organized filing system for property listings, contracts, and important documents
- Coordinate meetings with clients, buyers, sellers, and stakeholders
- Assist in client communication, providing updates and information as needed
- Help organize property showings and open houses
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including property listings and brochures
- Manage online listings and advertisements for properties
- Maintain and update the real estate professional's website and social media profiles
- Assist in preparing real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other involved parties in real estate transactions
- Monitor the progress of real estate deals and keep all parties informed
- Conduct research on the real estate market, property values, and industry trends
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
