About the role

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Volume Recruitment Management**: lead end-to-end support for bulk or volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes

**Team Leadership**: providing leadership and coaching to a small team to accelerate team performance and quality of hire, identifying team and process improvement opportunities across a diverse portfolio

**Reporting and Analytics**: provide regular updates and detailed reports on sourcing progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.

Specialist experience in delivering best practice volume-sourcing and assessment outcomes across a geographically dispersed workforce within an internal recruitment or RPO environment

Proven ability to develop and execute innovative and sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns and strategies.

Demonstrated influencing capabilities with the ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholder groups to solve complex issues and overcome talent acquisition challenges

Strong understanding of employment brand and recruitment marketing

Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to investigate context and causative information and produce reports

An ability to provide leadership, coaching and direction to team members

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

This is a permanent, full or part time opportunity and can be flexible on location with a hybrid working environment.
