Sirva are now seeking applicants for the Service Delivery Manager role in our Customer Experience teams under the Allied Moving Services brand. This role is a vital leadership position that ensures the first-rate delivery of Allied service & product to our clients going on international or domestic assignment.

Please note that this role is not a Technology/IT based role. We require applicants with experience in Customer Experience in household goods or freight movement industries.

**About the role**:
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for corporate clients, ensuring the successful service delivery of a range of domestic & international moving services. This leadership role requires you to oversee a team of Move Management Consultants (MMC) where you will support and monitor the successful completion of assignments within client policy & contractual obligations whilst day to day management & fostering a positive working environment.
Other duties include maintaining positive relationships with the Account Management teams, clients, third party suppliers and agents to achieve the best outcome for clients. You will drive development & growth in the MMC team by identifying training opportunities with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction. You will assess team performance so to contribute to process, system and personnel improvement prospects.

Who are we looking for?

**Position requirements include**:

- Previous experience in the household goods relocation industry particularly international assignments, corporate relocation is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated understanding of imports, export & domestic freight movement
- Strong people leadership skills with prior experience managing, motivating and developing a team
- Exceptional customer service mindset and experience successfully responding to client needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including dispute & conflict resolution
- Internal and external relationship building and management skills
- Keen eye for operating efficiency & development opportunities
- Ability to travel
