**About the role**
As the SAP Delivery Manager, you oversee the successful delivery of all SAP services to our clients IT landscape. This includes the planning and executing of enhancement projects and programs for clients, ensuring that solutions meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments, and transitioning them to operational support.

As single point of contact for all topics SAP you will lead, monitor and report throughout the delivery cycle by supporting the clients demand management process and translating operational requirements into SAP enhancements.

You are in regular communication with stakeholders and clients about your delivery obligations including managing expectations, milestones, deliverables, and financial performance. You will have a track record of successfully managing SAP engagements and experience leading multicultural teams in a complex and challenging environment.

**Key Accountabilities**:
As an SAP Delivery Manager you will:

- Have full ownership and governance of the SAP service delivery engagement for your client(s).
- Provide leadership of the delivery team to deliver service outcomes, service quality, financials, and risks and issues.
- Ensure that client SLA targets a consistently met and take remedial action where necessary.
- Provide account leadership including the ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a non-technical audience.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by providing insight and best practice solutions.
- Manage all service delivery stakeholders to ensure that the relationships contribute positively to engagement success.
- Manage delivery of the SAP engagement using Agile delivery practices and integrating those with service delivery management practices used by the wider program.
- Manage the activities of multiple functional and technical teams to ensure they're on track to meet service obligations and deliverables.
- Work within service delivery to provide all required service management, service governance, and contractual process coverage for engagement.
- Establish and manage a collaborative and trusted account relationship with your client counterpart, the client’s leadership team and business and IT team members.

**About you**

**Technical Competencies**:

- Min 10 years’ experience managing and delivering SAP ECC and S/4HANA delivery engagements.
- Must have solid client engagement skills/expertise.
- Domain expertise in various industries and sectors. Experience in public sector or government will be highly regarded.
- SAFe or similar agile experience and certifications.
- Experience in managing SAP service delivery (AMS) engagements.
- Strong communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in IT or project management
- SAP S/4HANA Activate certification or functional specialties.
- Experience in SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA
