Fairmont Housing Consultant

We are taking expressions of interest to join our **Fairmont Sales Team** as a **Housing Consultant.**

**What will you bring**:

- Excellence in providing customer service, to ensure a customer is satisfied with Fairmont’s product and service.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to stay focused on different tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Superior negotiation skills with the ability to reach an agreement that's acceptable to both the customer and Builder.
- Genuine enthusiasm and excitement for the housing industry, design, and a passion for helping and talking to people.
- Proven experience in understanding the greenfield land market and a fundamental understanding of housing finance options and referral channels
- Proven sales ability or someone within the building industry who wants to diversify and develop their career into sales and strive to meet targets.
- Current driver's licence and a car.
