**Responsibilities**
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- working on a diverse range of commercial litigation, regulatory investigation and prosecution matters;
- be a key contact with regular involvement with clients;
- appear in various courts and tribunals; and
- supervise and train junior lawyers.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you will have
- At least 3 years+ PAE;
- Experience in managing a busy practice;
- Experience in commercial litigation;
- Excellent organisational, analytical, drafting and communication skills; and
- Ability to show flexibility, adaptability and be a genuine team player.

In addition, you will:

- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for continuous development.
