**About the role**

The Department of Education is seeking a motivated and committed individual with experience in project management to organise and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives. There are a range of programs and funding deeds managed within Stakeholder Strategy, this role will focus on the coordination, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the NSW Government IT Traineeship program, AgSkilled program and will support other programs as required.

The role supports the Division’s commitment to growing jobs through customer focus, collaboration, and improved service delivery, embedding new and innovative project methodologies and technologies to redesign services and achieve project deliverables.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
