**The Opportunity**:
Join an esteemed Employment, Industrial Relations & Safety (EIRS) team in Brisbane. This role places you at the core of our operations, supporting a renowned and his team of senior lawyers. This partner is acclaimed in workplace health and safety law and is a frequent face at industry conferences as a trainer and presenter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage sophisticated billing processes and client administration requirements for the team.
- Oversee the partner's internal and external appointments, including meticulous travel and diary management.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and presentations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Administrative Assistants, enhancing team efficiency.
- Coordinate a diverse range of responsibilities and ensure timely delivery of team objectives.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A passion for teamwork and a proactive work approach, combined with acute attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Legal Assistant or Secretary role within professional services, with a strong focus on matter management and billing (Aderant Expert knowledge essential).
- The ability to anticipate the needs of the Partner to streamline administrative processes.
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
