CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,200 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. **Hillcrest Christian College**, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. **Rivercrest Christian College** is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) World School, with modern facilities at Clyde North. It is a growing College, adding a new year level each year; our first Year 11 classes commence in 2024.

**Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre** caters for students from Year 5 and up and we have an exciting opportunity for an Equine Studies Instructor-Coach to join our team.
- Relevant riding instructor qualification (minimum EA Intro Coach or equivalent) and demonstrated adaptability to be an all-rounder in performing equestrian related tasks
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated ability to be valuable contributor to a team and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Appropriate physical capacity to undertake a range of manual handling tasks and riding of school horses
- Demonstrated ability at contributing to or developing curriculum and lesson plans suitable to skill level of cohort
- Demonstrated ability to cope in stressful, demanding, fast changing situations with competing demands
- Highly organized and energetic work ethic
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with students, parents and competition organisers
- Commitment to quality education
