We have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Analyst to join our Digital and Automation team on permanent full-time basis.

The Automation Analyst will conduct analysis across automation opportunities, technical change impacts, and ongoing performance and optimisation review. The Automation Analyst is also responsible for promoting the use of RPA technology across RACQ.
- Enhance the member experience and engagement by designing future-state processes that meet the member’s needs
- Provide change management consultation services to business units utilising RPA within their workforce
- Act as first level support for technology or process issues associated with RPA implementations
- Calculate benefits and provide oversight on benefits realisation as per the approved Benefits Realisation Framework
- Create and maintain the RPA strategy and associated frameworks, governance models, standards and templates

**About You**
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability work comfortably with and ‘speak the language’ of both technology and the business
- Ability to understand how processes work cross-functionally across an organisation
- Advanced skills in BPMN 2.0 and Microsoft Visio
- Previous experience with RPA technology such as UiPath
- Previous experience with programming languages, such as VB.NET and SQL
- Working knowledge of common continuous improvement methodologies, project management methodologies and business architecture disciplines.
