At Three Blue Ducks, we are committed to creating interesting dishes, banging with flavour that is simple and a bit rough around the edges. We are less white tablecloth dining and more come-as-you-are kind of vibe.

The Ducks do what we can to implement ethical and sustainable business practices on all levels. We work with honest, local suppliers we like who have the best quality produce.

Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron’s iconic lighthouse.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with events on an adhoc basis.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Demonstrated people leadership skills and a fun, healthy attitude to leading a team.
- A true interest for ethical food & beverage, hospitality and people.
- Enforce and adhere to safety, health and hygiene standards
- Experience in working as part of a team in high pressure environments

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Systems approach to running and managing a bar doing stocktake, ordering, prep lists, rostering.
- Ensure all delivered product is of the highest quality
- Manage & liaise with suppliers & senior management
- Maintain stock at adequate levels for trade and received correctly into inventory
- Manage appropriate stock movements throughout the venue
- Managing the team to ensure all our bars are set up for service & events
- Participate in servicing the floor during service & events
- Be across stocktake procedures, and implement controls & solutions as needed
- Optimise all processes to enhance speed and quality with mínimal waste.
- Liaise with Front of House and Events coordinators to consistently deliver the best guest experience.
- Help in the professional development of the team through coaching and guiding others.
- Support the team in their personal development and wellbeing.
