We are looking for a** Gaming Production Assistant **who can help support the CEO with various crucial tasks in all aspects of social media and content creation. We're on the hunt for someone with mad Minecraft skills and a passion for all things gaming. You'll be an integral part of the team, helping to bring our creative vision to life from start to finish. Whether you're running errands, responding to online queries, setting up equipment, or keeping everyone on schedule, your support will be key to making sure our Minecraft YouTube videos are a smash hit.

**Who You Are**:

- An Avid gamer (Minecraft expertise is highly regarded).
- A problem-solver.
- An excellent collaborator & is strong in teamwork.
- You love YouTube & social media.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Actively look for ways to execute on high level goals while maintaining efficient day-to-day workflows.
- Run errands and relay messages to CEO.
- Help prepare sets with lights, props, cameras, and equipment.
- Ensure production runs smoothly and problem free.
- Maintain production timeline to ensure all moving parts and schedules work together.
- When on set; organize props dictated by filming outlines.
- Anticipate the needs of the crew to keep production running smoothly and on schedule.
- Set up lights and camera gear on set.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a valid driver’s license and owns a car.
- Has proven experience in production assistant roles and a passion for the industry.
- Knows how to captivate and inspire through social media.
- Proficient in Minecraft, camera/lighting/sound gear, and editing software.
- Organised, able to communicate effectively, creative problem-solver.
- Timely, detail-oriented, and adaptable to unexpected issues.
