**About the role at UBS**
We’re looking for such an individual to join our team of Client Onboarding Specialist to:
- advise on KYC vetting and regulatory requirements and handhold the client through the onboarding and account opening process
- understand how risk factors impact client risk rating
- handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance to UBS firm policy
- identify areas for improvement, share knowledge and conduct quality meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
- contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
- have experience of writing and implementing comprehensive procedures
- understand the impact of technology and how it can aid in improving process efficiency
**Seniority**
Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product /
service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
