**To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join our Operations team. This full-time position will be based at our Welshpool office with the option of a 5/2 Monday to Friday or an 8:6 Wednesday to Wednesday roster.**
MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.
**About the opportunity**
Working as part of our successful Mobilisation and Compliance team as our newest Mobilisation & Compliance Officer, you will be will be required to ensure full compliance of our employees across various sites and mobilise these employees as per the site work schedule.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination and management of all aspects of Mobilisation and Compliance including booking training, medicals, collating tickets and qualifications
- Maintaining client databases
- Act as a point of contact for the client and the employees
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all labour hire onboarding requirements.
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Exposure to Mobilisation or Travel, and Compliance is deemed advantageous
- Proven ability to multitask and work in high volumes
- Advance Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Ability to provide solutions that show initiative and drive
- High attention to detail
