Auscare’s Staffing Division provides on-demand support staff to work in nursing homes, hospitals, disability facilities and in client homes under NDIS and Aged Care programs.

**Persistant high demand means we need a Division Manager who can**:

- Lead a team to scheduling/rostering staff to fill shifts
- Maximise scheduling/rostering outcomes
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Enable rapid expansion to meet demand
- Track, analyse and report results as part of the management team
- Ensure we schedule/roster skilled, motivated, qualified staff who deliver high quality services.
- Maintain compliance with Auscare standards and the various programs we work under.

**Your daily activities will include**:

- Working with schedulers to ensure they achieve each day’s objectives, including working hands-on as necessary in peak periods or to cover absences.
- Constantly checking that shifts are being filled, compliance is attained, policies and requirements are maintained.
- Supporting staff to develop their skills and achieve their best.
- Reviewing and refining scheduling procedures including, work-flow, staff training, shift sign off and grouping short shifts to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working with the Managers of other Divisions to ensure their shift staffing needs are met.

**Additional essential skills include**:

- Attention to detail in managing the computerised Staff Allocation systems.
- High level skills in Excel and databases.
- Quick learner in new software, especially EntireHR (we run three major programs across our divisions, with some custom integrations)

This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented position, essential to maintaining the ongoing rapid expansion of the entire Auscare Group.

**What we require**:

- Relevant formal qualifications are important (degree, diplomas).
- A police clearance done within the last six months.
- At least one year’s hands-on experience running a scheduling/rostering team.

This position is based at our head office in Welshpool. You will be part of our Management Team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
