**The exciting position**:
- Based 30 minutes South of Perth’s CBD
- Report into the General Manager of Aged Care
- Manage the operation and delivery of home care services to clients in their retirement villages and the surrounding community
- Be involved in creating the strategic direction; identify service gaps and develop service offerings that are sustainable, innovative and in line with best practice
- Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
- Manage, inspire, guide, support and mentor an engaged team to deliver exceptional care and services
- Effectively oversee financial resources by preparing budgets and managing incomes and expenses accordingly
- Ensure the service complies with governing legislation by contributing to continuous quality improvement and the review and development of policies and procedures
- Increase client’s opportunity to stay in their home by ensuring suitable support services are provided that are person centred, will improve quality of life and maximise independence

- $125k - $130k + super + salary packaging
**About you**:
- Experience working as a Service Manager or Operations Manager within home care is essential
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability identifying and capitalising on opportunities for service growth
- Excellent networking skills with the energy and drive to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders and promote the organisation’s brand
- Understanding of the legislative requirements governing home care and proven track record meeting accreditation standards
- An engaging and supportive manager with a demonstrated ability building a culture of success
