We have an exciting opportunity in the Service Enablement Team as a Service Management Design Team Manager.

Reporting into Lisa Moore, Service Enablement Manager, you shall be managing 1 other staff member and working closely with other Team Managers in the Service Enablement Team.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your Service Management knowledge, combined with your ability to influence ITSM and HCD design best practices.

**What you will do**

As an integral member of the Service Enablement team, you will:

- Provide leadership and direction to staff in Service Enablement and effectively manage agreed service outcomes to ensure a successful delivery and performance-based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer-focused work culture.
- Lead the delivery of service management design activities, goals and deliverables with product, service and business owners in collaboration with other key stakeholders and in alignment with the Service Design Methodology.
- Provide fully documented services, which are updated and maintained throughout the life of the service with alignment to the Service Lifecycle Framework and eHealth NSW service management principles.
- Support the objectives of product and service owners by providing expertise for service design deliverables to ensure services and service offerings adhere to operational business requirements and supportability.
- Facilitate workshops and user experience analysis ensuring outcomes and insights are documented and shared across teams to help inform the design of current, target, and future state experiences.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure service design decisions achieve optimal business outcomes and do not have unwanted consequential impacts.
- Work with Service Enablement team members to support the transition of service and service offerings into production through delivery of clearly defined service blueprints and support requirements.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for is:

- Demonstrated experience in Service Design with a focus on services architecture and service management principles, delivering well defined services and service offerings within a large and complex service industry organisation.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in service management and demonstrated experience in service design that considers support models, roles and responsibilities and service management processes.
- Understanding of Service Transition processes within an end-to-end Service Lifecyle framework.
- You will need a growth mindset and be open to new ideas, working collaboratively to engage others using ITSM and HCD best design practices.
