**Casual Receptionist Position**

We are looking for a casual receptionist to join our team here at Bayside Psychology.

We are offering 3 days at this time and flexibility to fill in for leave and/or sick leave when required.

The practice consists of 8 Psychologists and 2 support staff at this time.

We provide Clinical, Child & Educational and Forensic Psychology and General Psychology, Hypnotherapy and Family Therapy.

We require Medical Reception or Allied Health experience for this position and typing skills would be a benefit.

**Duties include**:
Opening/Closing

Answering phones

Making Appointments

Payments and Invoicing

General Administrative Tasks

Typing

Filing

Test Scoring

Suitable qualities such as approachability, friendliness and good communication skills are essential.
