**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain respectful, professional relationships with clients, families, support coordinators and other members of a client’s care team
- Partner with the customer to understand their needs and expectations to match clients with LWB services
- Ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Gather relevant & required intake information to confirm funding availability
- Identify appropriate internal or external programs or services and provide referral pathways for clients and their families
- Undertake the management of national waitlist and vacancy registers

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within a call centre or similar role in a customer service driven environment
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high volume work environment
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in CRMs and telephony technologies
