**On Line Recruitment are currently looking a Trainees or experienced Blind and Flooring Installer**

Our Client is a local, family owned and operated business who have been in Nowra for over 100 years and are one of the oldest businesses in the Shoalhaven. Their reputation has been built on quality interiors and outstanding customer service.

A new position has opened and are looking for someone to provide quote, liaise with customers and install flooring and blinds to meet customer needs. All training will be provided, though someone with a background, and is comfortable around, power tools, a level of problem solving and experience around measurements will be of benefit to you.

Depending on experience and skill level, this positions anticipated annual salary range is between 50 - 60k, with a company vehicle provided.

**As Floor and Blind Installer, you will be required to;**
- Consult with clients and provide advice
- Provide quotes for customers for the installation of floors and blinds.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct repair work as required.

**What we are looking for in a Blind and Flooring Installer**

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

- High school diploma.
- Experience in installations, basic carpentry or similar (advantageous, though not required).
- Comfortable using Power Tools.
- Minimum P License to travel to clients in vehicle provided by company
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong and positive working and client relationships
- Sound knowledge of mathematics.
- Willingness to take initiative, contribute and bring fresh ideas and make decisions quickly and effectively
- You are focused, positive and love to achieve results
- A strong team player who also has an ability to work autonomously
- A professional attitude and approach

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
