**About the role**:
As Payroll Manager, you will enjoy the challenge and value the diversity of a complex payroll and lead a small, committed team to create value for our employees by ensuring effective and compliant delivery of payroll services for our nearly 1800 strong workforce.

You know that the role and its responsibilities are multi-faceted as you will have held similar positions previously. You place paramount importance on customer service and have enjoyed success as a leader due to the effective working relationships you actively build. Your positive, solution focused mindset will see you actively review current processes and workflows and be instrumental in the implementation of our new Payroll, Rostering and Finance systems (Humanforce and Technology One).
