**Job Title: Workshop Manager**
**Location**: Rust Worx Panel and paint
**About Us**:
Join our dynamic team at Rust Worx panel and paint, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated Workshop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relations**: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Staff Management**: Assist with staff issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Order parts and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and manage invoices to ensure accurate billing and prompt payment.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule appointments and workshops effectively to maximize productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a Panel shop with hands on experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
