**About the role**

We are looking for a permanent Merchandise Support Coordinator who will be based in our Strathpine office in Brisbane. The role will be responsible providing operational support to the Business Performance and Trade Partner Manager with general team coordination and administrative requirements, including direct support to Category Managers, the Merchandising teams and more broadly the Auto team.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Supports group sustainability compliance and reporting
- Ensure business decisions are appropriately captured and documented alongside general business agreements
- Support the management of escalated and/or complex account queries for trade partner accounts and rebate claims
- Support the management of escalated and/or complex queries from Store teams
- Plays an integral role in the planning and orchestration of key merchandising calendar events, including conference and trade partner events
- Supports planned and ad hoc reporting requirements for merchandising activities, including sales reporting agreement creation for trade partners

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Merchandising experience, preferably in large omni channel retailer
- Experience working with trade partners, dedicated suppliers, vendors or service providers Exp
- Experience providing general reporting, including data collection, review, data assurance and consolidation Some experience Desired Experience with governance processes, preferably in compliance, safety, legal or sustainability
- Experience coordinating teams or broader working groups for key activities, working rhythms or calendar cycles
- Demonstrated skills in the Microsoft office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
