**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Team Manager, working within the Network and Communications team on the Currawong Program delivering the next generation of Deployed Communications Systems for the ADF. This position is based at our Albert Street office located in the Brisbane CBD.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technicians through design, integration, test and build activities
- Liaising with project, customer and supplier stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Regular management of team budget and schedule, through scheduling, status tracking, and reporting

**Experience/Qualifications**
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and teams
- Knowledge of communication systems and networking components
- Proven experience overseeing execution of project schedules including subcontract elements
- Well-developed communication skills with a focus on inclusivity and building great team culture
- Experience of working in a defence project is desirable
