Maths or English Tutor/teacher/mentor

Ignite Your Learning is seeking a passionate HSC Maths or English Tutor/Teacher to join our highly personalised tutoring service on a part-time basis of 8-12 hours per week. We offer tutoring from our centre in Roseville, and also have the option of doing online tutoring from home.

**Responsibilities**
- Preliminary talks with students before their first lesson to understand their learning needs
- Using internal resources for tutoring preparation
- Teaching/mentoring students one-on-one either online or in our centre
- Liaising with management for training and resources
- Writing of reports to document student progress

**Requirements**:

- Have a passion for Mathematics or English & helping students achieve their goals
- Completion of Advanced, Extension 1 or Extension 2 Maths or English in NSW (**please provide your mark transcript**)
- Thorough understanding of NSW syllabus requirements
- Comfortability with working online

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
