**About the Role**:
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for streamlining communication and enhancing organizational processes? We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team for a minimum of 2 months with the possibility of extending, as our client embark on an exciting project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting management in day to day operations. Your tasks will include:

- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing meetings with stakeholders. Your attention to detail will help ensure that all necessary participants are informed, schedules are managed, and meetings run smoothly.
- **Communication Support**: Collaborate with the project team to prepare and send communications to various stakeholders regarding status updates and content requests. Your clear and concise communication skills will keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- **Training Sessions**: Assist in setting up training sessions for employees to familiarize them with the new Intranet and Document Management System. Your proactive approach will help employees transition seamlessly.
- **Document Creation and Updates**: Support the creation of documents, guides, and tutorials related to the Intranet and Document Management System. Your ability to convey information effectively will contribute to user understanding and adoption.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Handle day-to-day administration tasks that may arise during the course of the project. Your flexibility and willingness to adapt will contribute to the project's overall success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in administrative or team assistant support roles is a plus.

**Duration**:

- Minimum of 2 months with the potential to extend
