**About this role**

Our team is passionate about maintaining and optimizing these critical systems to ensure clean water for all. As a Service Technician, you'll play an essential role in the maintenance and improvement of these vital systems. Responsibilities include:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on wastewater treatment and reverse osmosis systems.
- Diagnose and address issues using your plumbing skills and technical expertise.Collaborate with the technical team to develop and execute maintenance plans.
- Install, calibrate, and replace system components when needed.
- Document all maintenance activities and report findings to your team.
- Provide on-site training to clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Uphold safety regulations and maintain our high standards throughout your work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, keeping everyone informed about project progress.

**About you**
- Proven experience in maintenance and servicing of plumbing systems.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel, including flights to project sites.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
