**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience as a field service technician, preferably with forklift or heavy equipment is preferred but not required. Light vehicle applicants will receive training to upskill into the field service technician role
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment across various brands.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide clear communication to customers regarding repairs and service needs.
- Uphold our company’s commitment to excellent customer service by building strong relationships with our clients.

Pay: $79,999.00 - $120,000.00 per year
