Do you hold a Diploma or Certificate III in Earlychidhood education and Care/ Children’s Services?

Do you have a love and passion for Early childhood education?

We are seeking experienced and qualified early childhood educators to join our team. We are a long day care service catering 0 to 6 years and also offer OSHC for school aged.

Successful applicants will be educators who are committed to a career in early childhood education and care, be creative and open to new and different ways of knowing and thinking.

You will be responsible for providing quality education and care to all children as well as building relationships with families.

Adhering to the National Quality Framework, you will also assists with day-to-day operational tasks and provide a high quality educational program to children.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Sound understanding of early childhood theory and curriculum planning for children 0-5 years, Approved Learning Frameworks EYLF and MTOP, Law, & Regulations,
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children and families
- Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player
- Good documentation skills, assessment/portfolio/observation documentation
- Experience with childcare apps or willingness to learn
- The ability to create and maintain respectful and collaborative partnerships with both the other educators and families.
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of WHS policies and environmental sustainability principles and procedures
- Maintain a valid paid Working with Children Check through the Office of the Children's Guardian
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and the National Quality Framework
- Ability to adhere to service policies and procedures.

**Job requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate III in Childrens Services/Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Child Protection training/Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
- Commitment to inclusive practices and child protection
- Must be Flexible 4/5 days per week Monday through to Friday, able to Open/close between trade hours from 7am/6pm
