As Manager, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for leading a team of marketing and communications professionals in the development and implementation of communication and education strategies to support OIR's vision and key priorities internally and externally.
You will lead and oversee development, implementation and evaluation of communication tactics including (but not limited to) advertising campaigns, films, digital content, events and printed materials that raise awareness and influence behavioural and attitudinal change in Queensland workplaces and the community.
You will lead the development and maintenance of productive working relationships with senior and executive internal and external stakeholders to assist in guiding accurate and targeted communications to industryand the community, and to leverage their assistance in activities as required.
