**The Role**

As a Property & Leasing Analyst, your key objective is to provide analysis across the Lease Portfolio to support the Property Management, Asset Management, Valuations and Lease Administration team. You will also provide support to the Project team in the onboarding of a large Real Estate Portfolio into the systems and operating platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to read and interpret Leases and associated legal documentation,
- Develop reporting and analysis over large data sets related to leases, clauses, Bank Guarantees, Insurances, tenant charges
- Supporting the onboarding of a large Portfolio of assets and the related data migration activities
- Build strong relationships with Property Management teams
- Monitoring & analysis of critical lease dates and advise relevant teams
- Collaborate with Property Managers, Asset Managers, Leasing & Finance on various requirements
- Query management and investigation of transactional matters.
- Support and deliver process improvement and alignment through the coordination and documentation of various procedures
- To perform duties with regard to Compliance requirements
- Undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required

**Ideal Experience**
- Appropriate tertiary qualification/s in accounting/business/commerce
- Accounting and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, and proficiency with Excel
- Experience with Yardi, MRI or JDE (desired)
- Experience in documenting procedures (desired)
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation including Retail Leases Act is required

- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
