Aussie Powersports is one of Australia's premier distributors of ATV and UTV accessories. We have recently expanded our footprint, opening a new Warehouse in Truganina.

Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and/or growing existing business opportunities, forging partnerships with key stakeholders, and expanding our presence.

**Sales Duties and Responsibilities**
- Building Customer relationships
- Negotiating and coordinating customer enquiries
- Phone and Online Sales
- Manage and close opportunities to meet/exceed sales quota
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, industry trends and products
- Domestic travel and dealer visits throughout Victoria and interstate
- Contribute to new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability
- Assisting in the development of growth strategies and plans
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, industry trends and products

**Warehouse Main Duties and Responsibilities**

This position will oversee and support the warehouse packing team and is required to undertake the following tasks to support the warehouse function as needed. These tasks include:

- Picking and packing and dispatch
- Receipting and unloading stock
- Organising and day-to-day warehouse tasks
- Stock take
- Stock rotation
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance checks
- General warehouse maintenance
- OH&S Support

**Skills and experience required for the position**
- Industry experience (highly regarded)
- Customer service, and relationship building skills
- Developing ability to position products against competitors and strong and confident communication skills
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to “think on your feet” and practical solutions to problems
- Detail orientated
- High level of dependability
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive and physically fit to work in warehouse environment
